We're looking for an experienced Senior Sales Desk Executive to join a growing sales team. You'll play a key role in driving new business, supporting existing customers and helping lead the day-to-day operation of the Northern Ireland Sales Desk. This is an ideal opportunity for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys both winning new business and supporting team success. The Role Your responsibilities will include: Generating new business through outbound sales activity Managing inbound enquiries and following up quotations Building long-term relationships with customers Managing opportunities through Salesforce CRM Supporting Business Development Managers with live opportunities Supervising and mentoring the local Sales Desk team Assisting with onboarding and coaching new team members Providing cover for the Sales Desk Manager when required About You You'll have: Proven B2B sales experience A track record of consistently achieving sales targets Strong communication and negotiation skills Experience using CRM systems (Salesforce advantageous) Excellent customer service skills Leadership or mentoring experience A proactive, resilient and results-driven attitude What's on Offer? £35,000 basic salary Non-contractual commission scheme 25 days holiday plus Bank Holidays Pension scheme Private Medical Insurance Death in Service Electric Vehicle Scheme Retail discount platform Ongoing training and career development Excellent long-term progression opportunities TPBN1_UKTJ
