Reporting to: Screening Team Leader
Position: Permanent
This role is ideal for someone who is looking to broaden their knowledge, develop skills and take on greater responsibility within a fast paced and highly regulated environment.
As a Senior Screening Advisor, you will play a key role in supporting the team, providing guidance on complex screening cases and helping to ensure excellent service delivery across our client portfolio.
The Role
The Senior Screening Advisor will support the day to day operation of the Screening Team, acting as a subject matter expert and escalation point for complex or high risk screening activity.
Working closely with the Team Leaders, you will help drive performance, quality and compliance while supporting the development of team members across the function.
Key Responsibilities
Manage complex candidate screening and vetting cases from initiation through to completion.
Act as a point of escalation for screening queries and candidate issues.
Support colleagues with guidance on policies, processes and client requirements.
Maintain high levels of accuracy and compliance across all screening activities.
Assist with quality assurance checks and audits.
Monitor service levels and contribute to achieving team KPIs and SLAs.
Support onboarding and training of new team members.
Identify opportunities for process improvements and operational efficiencies.
Build positive relationships with candidates, clients and internal stakeholders.
Support the Screening Team Leader with operational initiatives and team development activities.
About You
Proven experience within screening, vetting, compliance or onboarding.
Strong understanding of background screening processes and regulatory requirements.
Excellent attention to detail and problem solving ability.
Strong organisational and time management skills.
The confidence to support and guide colleagues.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
