Senior SEND Lawyer | Advancing Children's Rights

West Northants Council is recruiting a Senior Lawyer (SEND) to join our Law, Governance and Regulatory Services team in Northampton. You will provide specialist SEND legal advice, support SEND policy development, represent on Tribunal matters, and help ensure fair, legally robust decisions for children and families across the Council.

You will supervise junior colleagues, mentor staff, and contribute to training, quality control and continuous improvement of our legal service.
