Senior Serious Injury Solicitor / CILEX Leader | Hybrid

Fletchers Solicitors is seeking a Solicitor/CILEX to lead a fee-earning team on serious injury matters within Manchester/Bolton hybrid working arrangements. The role involves managing complex cases with values exceeding £500,000, from inception to conclusion, in line with policies and legal requirements.

You will handle EL/PL and RTAs, supervise paralegals, and contribute to business development while delivering exceptional client care and meeting KPIs.
