Senior SHE Manager – Major Hazards & COMAH Leader

Acorn Recruitment is recruiting for a Safety, Health & Environment (SHE) Manager based in Swansea at the Mond Nickel Refinery, part of Vale Europe. You will lead the SHE function within a major hazard industrial setting, shaping strategy, ensuring regulatory compliance and driving safety and environmental performance across the site.

The role reports to the UK Head of Operations and requires strategic leadership + hands-on engagement with operational teams, regulators and stakeholders.
