Senior SHEQ Manager: Lead Safety, Quality & Environment

Acorn by Synergie is recruiting an experienced Safety, Health, Environmental & Quality (SHEQ) Manager to join our Cardiff team. You will oversee compliance with health, safety, environmental and quality standards across projects and sites.

Reporting to directors, you will drive continuous improvement, develop plans, advise on policy, and build strong relationships with supply chain partners while supporting ISO accreditation. This is a permanent, office-based role with occasional site travel.
