Senior Site Manager Externals

We are currently recruiting for an experienced Senior Site Manager to join a major, long-term residential regeneration scheme in South West London. The successful candidate will take responsibility for the external construction packages across a large RC-frame residential development. This will include managing the groundworks, reinforced concrete frame and façade packages from inception through to completion. Key responsibilities: * Managing all groundworks, RC-frame and façade activities * Coordinating subcontractors and ensuring works remain on programme * Monitoring quality, health and safety, logistics and site progress * Chairing progress meetings and resolving construction issues * Working closely with the project team, design team and commercial department * Managing inspections, snagging and package handovers * Ensuring works are delivered in accordance with drawings and specifications The ideal candidate will have: * Proven experience as a Senior Site Manager on large residential schemes * Strong knowledge of groundworks, RC frames and façade systems * Experience managing external packages on multi-storey developments * Excellent subcontractor management and programming skills * SMSTS, CSCS and First Aid qualifications * A strong track record of delivering packages safely, on time and to a high standard This is an ongoing freelance opportunity on a significant, multi-phase residential development with a strong pipeline of work.
