Senior Site Manager - Fit Out

We are currently seeking an experienced Senior Site Manager to join a well-established contractor delivering high-end fit-out projects across the Tayside region. This is a permanent opportunity offering strong long-term job security, backed by a consistent pipeline of secured local work.

The role is regionally focused, providing the opportunity to work on prestigious projects across Tayside without the need for extensive travel, while playing a key role in maintaining the company’s reputation for quality and delivery.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee site operations on high-specification fit-out projects across Tayside
• Coordinate subcontractors, suppliers, and internal site teams
• Ensure projects are delivered on programme, within budget, and to the highest quality standards
• Maintain excellent health & safety compliance across all sites
• Build and manage strong client and stakeholder relationships
• Lead projects from inception through to successful completion

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Site Manager or Senior Site Manager
• Strong background in high-end commercial fit-out projects
• Excellent leadership, communication, and organisational skills
• SMSTS, CSCS, and First Aid qualifications
• Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and deliver to demanding specifications
