Aids & Adaptations Site Manager – Social HousingLocation: London / South East Salary: £55,000 package Type: Permanent Build Recruitment are currently working with a leading social housing contractor who are looking for an experienced Site Manager to join their Aids & Adaptations team. This role is suited to someone who has genuine experience delivering multiple Aids & Adaptations contracts, rather than someone whose experience is limited to overseeing a handful of individual property adaptations. The Role Managing multiple Aids & Adaptations works across occupied social housing properties Overseeing programmes from initial works through to completion Managing subcontractors, direct labour and site teams Coordinating works such as wet rooms, level-access showers, ramps, stairlifts, door widening and other adaptations Liaising with residents, RLOs, Occupational Therapists and client representatives Ensuring works are delivered safely, on programme and to the required quality standards Monitoring progress, quality, costs and health & safety Managing multiple properties and projects simultaneously Reporting progress and resolving issues throughout the worksAbout You Previous Site Management experience within Aids & Adaptations Proven track record delivering multiple contracts/programmes, not just individual property adaptations Experience working within social housing / local authority environments Strong understanding of working in occupied properties Confident managing subcontractors and multiple workstreams Strong communication and resident-facing skills SMSTS and CSCS Full UK driving licenceThis is a great opportunity for an experienced Aids & Adaptations Site Manager looking to join an established social housing contractor with a strong pipeline of work
