Acorn by Synergie is partnering with a national Tier One contractor to recruit a Senior Site Manager for Newport projects. The role requires delivering high-quality construction safely, on time, and within budget, with strong leadership on site.

The position is permanent with ASAP start. Attractive package includes £65,000-£70,000 salary, 12.5% annual bonus, enhanced pension, life assurance, and an incentive bonus, plus MEA car scheme and wider regional exposure.
