As Senior Site Manager, you will take responsibility for the delivery of six luxury accommodation lodges, each valued at approximately £3.5m, forming a key phase of this landmark development.You will be responsible for:

• Managing the full on-site construction process through to completion
• Coordinating subcontractors with a strong emphasis on quality, sequencing, and finish
• Driving programme and ensuring works are delivered safely, on time, and to the highest standards
• Working closely with project stakeholders to maintain expectations on a high-spec, client-facing scheme
• Overseeing the delivery of high-end internals and fit-out, ensuring exceptional attention to detail
