Senior Social Worker - Children with Disabilities

Our client Yorkshire Collaboration is looking for a Senior Social Worker to join their Children with Disabilities team.

This is for the CWD team. Working within relevant legislation, government guidance and the council's practice standards we are looking for social workers who can carry out assessments and provide social work interventions using a child centred approach. Someone who can:

• Build relationships with children, young people, families, partner agencies - working to achieve positive outcomes.
• Work collaboratively with appropriate agencies and professionals as part of a multi-disciplinary service/team.
• Deliver high-quality assessments and person-centred plans.
• Work confidently with complex needs and safeguarding situations.
• Manage allocated caseload effectively.
