Senior Controls Software Engineer BMS | Charging | Inverter & Motor Control We are seeking a highly capable Senior Controls Software Engineer to join an innovative automotive engineering team developing advanced electrification and control technologies for both prototype and production vehicle programmes. The successful candidate will play a key role in the development of inverter and motor control, battery management, and vehicle charging software. You will be involved from the early stages of requirements and software architecture through to implementation, testing, calibration, vehicle integration, and problem resolution. As a senior member of the team, you will also provide technical direction and support to less experienced engineers, while working closely with customers, suppliers, and other engineering disciplines. What You'll Be Doing Lead the technical delivery of application-level controls and software activities. Provide guidance, coaching, and technical support to junior members of the engineering team. Define, develop, and maintain software requirements throughout the project lifecycle. Contribute to the definition of software architecture and technical solutions.
