The Role:
This firm is looking for an Employment Senior Solicitor with 6+ years' PQE to join its growing team.
You will work closely with two Partners and a wider team of solicitors and trainees, gaining exposure to a broad range of contentious and non-contentious employment matters. The role offers genuine responsibility, strong client contact and the opportunity to develop your own profile within the team.
Your work will include:
- Advising predominantly employer clients on employment and workplace matters.
- Employment Tribunal claims, including case management and witness preparation.
- Disciplinary and grievance matters, TUPE and employment issues arising from transactions.
- Executive employment matters, settlement agreements, restrictive covenants and injunctions.
- Employment due diligence and drafting contracts, policies and handbooks.
- Managing your own matters with appropriate partner support.
- Contributing to client development, networking and employment-related articles and updates.
