Senior Sous Chef required for Busy Luxury Hotel & Venue

Our client is recruiting a Senior Sous Chef to assist the Executive Head Chef in the running of the mulit-outlet kitchens for their luxury hotel & venue based in Hertfordshire. The role is to oversee both the restaurant & banqueting kitchens and run service. The role has the opportunity to progress to Head Chef level in future so is an exellent opportunity for a Sous Chef looking to progress.

The Role -

• Support and coaching and training of Chef's
• Hygiene and Health & Safety Training
• Cost and Margin Control
• Producing Fresh Seasonal Meals for restaurants/events/wedding at the property
• Running service and encouraging junior chefs

The Person -

• Excellent Communicator
• Must have experience at a busy Country House Hotel or venue
• Track record of Kitchen Management
• IT Skills
• Hands on Leader & Chef
