Senior sous chef - Live In

I'm on the lookout for a talented Sous Chef or Senior Sous Chef to join a busy, food-led coastal pub and restaurant renowned for its fresh fish and seafood.

Working with daily local landings, quality Welsh produce and seasonal ingredients, you'll help deliver a menu featuring beautifully prepared seafood, classic fish dishes and homemade specials, while supporting the Head Chef with the day-to-day running of the kitchen.

• Support the Head Chef and lead the kitchen in their absence.
• Prepare high-quality seafood and seasonal dishes.
• Assist with menu development and daily specials.
• Train junior chefs and maintain exceptional kitchen standards.
• Support ordering, stock control and GP management.
