We are looking for an experienced retail manager to lead a busy store in the Wellingborough and Bedford area.

The role Take full responsibility for daily performance, including sales, profit, costs and key performance indicators.
Lead, coach and develop a motivated, high-performing team.
Deliver an excellent customer experience.
Maintain excellent standards in merchandising and stock availability.
Plan and deliver seasonal campaigns, promotions and local initiatives to increase sales and footfall.
Build strong community relationships and identify new commercial opportunities Lead from the shopfloor and take a practical, hands-on approach.
About you Proven experience as a Store Manager, Garden Centre Manager or senior retail leader in a fast-paced environment.
Commercially minded, with a strong record of improving sales, service and operational performance.
A confident leader who can engage, organise and inspire a diverse team.
Excellent customer service, communication and problem-solving skills.
Strong visual merchandising, stock control and store operations standards.
A flexible, energetic approach and a willingness to support the team on the shop floor.
Garden centre or horticultural knowledge is desirable, but strong retail leadership experience is essential What's on offer Competitive salary based on experience.
