physical, hands-on role , and to succeed youll have: Good spoken and written English A full UK manual driving licence The right to live and work in the UK A practical, active approach to work, with the ability to support people throughout the day A caring, positive and resilient mindset AQCF in Health and Social Care Level 2 Diploma (or equivalent) with willingness to undertake a level 3 in Health and Social Care, and demonstrate reasonable knowledge of regulatory standards for supported/residential living, is required.
