Collaborated with delivery, data, and product teams to shape operating models and technical solutions. Guided prototyping activities, ensuring solutions were technically viable and aligned to long-term architectural strategy. Defined technical success measures, pilot approaches, and architecture outputs required for progression into the next delivery phase.
