The Senior Technical Business Analyst will be responsible for translating business, quality, regulatory, operational, and technical needs into clear, testable, and technically actionable requirements for new and existing systems. The role will provide the programme/ project management, analysis, documentation, configuration, testing, validation, release, and change-management capability required to support the organisation as it moves from building bespoke solutions towards buying, configuring, integrating, and managing third-party platforms.
This is a hands-on technical role requiring the successful candidate to work closely with process owners, Quality Assurance, IT, software development, vendors, and senior stakeholders to analyse business processes, define functional and non-functional requirements, design and document APIs and integrations, undertake technical analysis, support integration modelling, data modelling, configuration design, workflow design, test planning, defect management, and technical change control. The role will ensure systems are configured, validated, integrated, released, and maintained with appropriate rigour, traceability, documentation, and governance.
The role will also manage tooling such as Azure DevOps or Jira to provide structured control over requirements, testing, defects, releases, change management, and audit evidence.
