Senior Tender Manager - Subsea & Offshore Projects

Oceaneering International Inc. in Aberdeen is seeking aSenior Tender Manager to shape bid strategy across Subsea Robotics and Offshore Projects Groups.

You will lead complex tenders, align pricing and commercial positions, and mentor the commercial team to deliver high-quality proposals. The role requires coordinating with Projects, Finance, Tax, Legal and Executives, driving governance, risk assessment and continuous improvement of bid processes and tools.
