The Opportunity You will join an established and collaborative planning team, taking a lead role in managing projects, preparing and submitting planning applications, and providing strategic planning advice to a varied client base. The role offers genuine autonomy, exposure to high-quality work, and a clear pathway for professional development.

Key Responsibilities * Managing a range of planning projects from inception through to determination * Preparing planning appraisals, statements and appeals * Liaising with local authorities, stakeholders and clients * Providing strategic planning advice across a variety of sectors * Supporting and mentoring junior team members where appropriate * Attending client meetings, site visits and public consultations
