Senior Transactional Counsel - Private Capital Compliance

Carta is seeking a Senior Transactional Lawyer to join the Compliance – Transactional team in the United Kingdom. You will serve as the day-to-day legal contact for institutional investors and asset managers across private equity, infrastructure, credit, and real estate strategies.

The role requires 4–6+ years PQE in regulatory or investment compliance, and you must be licensed to practice in the UK or Europe.
