If you're a Senior Underwriter

Working closely with brokers, intermediaries and internal stakeholders, you'll assess a broad range of specialist property lending cases while developing your expertise within an established and growing lending business.

Key Responsibilities
Assess and underwrite bridging loan applications in line with lending policy and risk appetite. Manage your own pipeline from application through to completion while maintaining excellent service levels. Review valuations, credit reports, KYC and supporting documentation to make robust lending decisions. Build strong relationships with brokers, intermediaries and internal stakeholders throughout the lending process.
About You
At leastfive years' experience underwriting bridging finance or within thespecialistproperty lending sector. Experience assessing complex lending applications and making credit decisions within an agreed lending policy. Strong understanding of bridging finance, property security and regulatory requirements, including AML and KYC processes.
