If you have experience in this field this role could be the role for you!What Youll have the Opportunity to do as a Senior User Researcher:Advise clients on how to solve different complex problems using research, people-centered design & flexible, fast-paced research.Lead teams to design services that meet different user needsAdvocate for inclusive approaches within user researchEngage with clients & stakeholders and advise each on how to benefit the most from user researchSupport in recruitment, events and winning new business.Promote people-centred design offer both internally & externallyAbout The CandidateWe dont need you the candidate to have any specific certificates or qualifications, however we do need to be confident that you have the ability to have:Expertise in applying user research strategies across different environmentsPrevious experience of working in multidisciplinary teams to design and deliver people centered servicesExperience of line management and or training other user researchersAbility to confidently communicate & stakeholder management skills, with the ability also to manage xwzovoh conflict.A good understanding of other multi-purpose roles across design, product & techStrong leadership skills and the ability to have difficult conversations with clients to find the best way to progressWhats in it for you?£55,000 to £70000Up to 25 days holidays per annum alongside UK public holidaysHealth and Wellbeing AssurancePension Scheme contributionsFlexible Benefit SchemeTo hear more about the Senior User Researcher role contact Daire McIlhatton
