With experience in mental health settings across the NHS or private sector, you'll lead the nursing team to deliver safe, structured and compassionate care within our 12-bed CYPMHS service. As Ward Manager, you will: Offer guidance, supervision and coaching to build a unified, confident and engaged workforce Hold a key role within the MDT, acting as an expert resource in CMHS nursing Your leadership will empower recovery, strengthen team culture and help shape a service where young people feel safe, understood and supported. A relevant nursing qualification NMC registration Experience within mental health settings A commitment to high-quality, evidence-based care Experience in a similar environment or senior nursing role Location : Bere Clinic , Hemlock Road, Waterlooville, PO8 8QT 12 bed CYPMHS service to support young people aged 12-18 with eating disorders.
