Duties

• Greet customers and assist with their service needs
• Provide accurate information on available services and products
• Schedule service appointments and manage bookings efficiently
• Communicate with technicians to ensure timely completion of work
• Handle cash transactions and process payments securely
• Upsell additional services or products where appropriate
• Maintain a clean and organised service area
