SERVICE ADVISOR Location: Braintree Salary: OTE £35,000 Job Type: Full-Time, Permanent Hours: Monday to Friday + Saturday Morning on a Rota Looking for a Service Advisor role where you can earn up to £35,000 OTE while working within a busy and professional dealership environment? This is a great opportunity for an experienced Service Advisor / Aftersales Advisor / Vehicle Service Advisor to join an established dealership in Braintree. You'll play a key role in delivering an excellent customer experience while working closely with the workshop and wider aftersales team. WHAT'S IN IT FOR YOU? ·OTE £35,000 ·Stable, full-time permanent position ·Supportive dealership environment ·Ongoing training and development ·Career progression opportunities   THE ROLE As a Service Advisor, you'll be the key link between customers and the workshop, ensuring every vehicle visit runs smoothly and customers are kept informed throughout the process. Your responsibilities will include: ·Arranging service, maintenance and repair bookings ·Managing customer enquiries and keeping customers updated throughout their visit ·Ensuring efficient workshop loading and maximising productivity ·Explaining required work and repair recommendations clearly to customers ·Upselling additional work, service plans and relevant offers ·Liaising closely with Vehicle Technicians and Workshop Control ·Maintaining accurate customer and vehicle records ·Delivering a high level of customer service at all times   ABOUT YOU We're looking for someone with: ·Previous experience as a Service Advisor / Aftersales Advisor / Vehicle Service Advisor ·Experience working within a dealership or automotive environment ·Strong customer service and communication skills ·Previous upselling experience ·Knowledge of Kerridge, 1Link, Pinnacle or a similar DMS system would be advantageous ·Excellent organisation and attention to detail ·Ability to work effectively in a busy environment ·Full manual UK Driving Licence, subject to licence checks   APPLY TODAY If you're an experienced Service Advisor looking for your next opportunity in Braintree, we'd love to hear from you.
