Duties as a Service Advisor:

• Welcome customers professionally, ensuring a positive experience
• Advise customers on vehicle service and repair requirements
• Upsell additional services and products where appropriate
• Plan and schedule service appointments efficiently
• Liaise with technicians and parts teams to ensure smooth workflow
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and work conducted
• Promote dealership services and products to maximise sales and customer satisfaction
