Service Advisor

We are currently seeking an experienced and professional Service Advisor to join a well-established automotive dealership located in Grays, Essex. • Basic salary of £27,000 per annum
• On-target earnings of up to £38,000 per year
• Monthly bonus based on labour sales and service plans
• Quarterly bonus related to CSI performance
• Drive on modern systems such as CDK, ADB, and Keyloop

• Additional earnings of £15 per service plan as part of CSI incentives

Duties of the Service Advisor include:

• Greeting customers professionally and understanding their vehicle service needs
• Managing service scheduling and liaising with technicians to ensure smooth workflow
• Upselling service plans and additional repairs where appropriate
• Maximising sales through effective customer engagement and product promotion
