The Role
As a
Service Advisor , you'll be the first point of contact for customers reporting vehicle warranty issues. You'll provide support, diagnose minor faults over the phone, arrange repair appointments, and manage warranty claims to ensure a smooth customer experience. Key Responsibilities
Handle customer enquiries via phone and email. Diagnose minor vehicle faults and provide advice. Book mobile repair appointments. Manage warranty claims and liaise with third-party repair providers. Keep accurate customer records and update internal systems. Support customers through the repair process and resolve queries professionally. What We're Looking For
Previous experience in a
Service Advisor
or automotive customer service role. Good knowledge of vehicle systems and basic diagnostics. Excellent communication and problem-solving skills. Strong organisational and IT skills.
