Location:Rainham, Essex

Salary: £35,000 - £40,000 DOE

Bonus: Monthly performance bonus

Hours: Monday to Saturday (with one weekday off)

As the first point of contact for customers, you'll play a vital role in ensuring every visit is handled professionally, efficiently and with the highest level of care.

The Role

Working closely with the Workshop Controller and technician team, you'll be responsible for managing the customer journey from booking vehicles into the workshop through to handover, ensuring customers are kept informed throughout the repair process.
