Job Title: Service Advisor – Relocation Opportunity
Location: Isle of Man
Salary:Depending on Experiance + OT
Our client is a well-established multi-franchise main dealership based on the beautiful Isle of Man. They are looking for an experienced Service Advisor who is open to relocating to join their busy and successful Aftersales team.

Key Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional customer service throughout the vehicle service and repair journey.
- Manage bookings for servicing, repairs, and MOTs.
- Accurately prepare job cards and liaise with the workshop to ensure work is completed efficiently.
- Keep customers informed of vehicle progress, additional work required, and completion times.
- Provide accurate estimates and explain repair recommendations clearly.
- Process invoices, payments, and warranty claims where applicable.
- Ensure all administration is completed accurately and in line with manufacturer and company standards.
- Build strong relationships with customers, maintaining high levels of satisfaction and repeat business.
- Work closely with Technicians, Parts Advisors, and the Service Manager to ensure smooth workshop operations.
Requirements
- Previous experience as a Service Advisor within a main dealership or busy automotive aftersales environment.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Strong organisational and administrative abilities.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
- Experience using dealership management systems is advantageous.
- Full UK driving licence.
- Positive attitude with the ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
