Service Advisor

We are working on behalf of our client to recruit an experienced Service Advisor for their reputable dealership in Southampton, Hampshire. This is an excellent opportunity for skilled Service Advisors seeking to enhance their career within a well-established, customer-focused automotive environment. Key benefits:

• Basic salary of £30,000 per annum with opportunities to earn up to £38,000 including performance-based incentives
• Monday to Friday working hours from 8am to 6pm
• One in four Saturdays, with a following half-day off on the subsequent Friday

Service Advisor Duties:

• Providing high-quality customer service and building lasting customer relationships
• Advising clients on vehicle servicing, repairs, and maintenance options
• Upselling additional services and parts to maximise workshop revenue
• Managing service orders effectively and ensuring seamless communication between customers and workshop technicians
• Maintaining accurate records of customer interactions and services performed
• Supporting the workshop team to ensure customer satisfaction and retention
