Greeting customers courteously and acting as the primary point of contact during their vehicle’s service or repair
Keeping customers updated on repair progress, establishing trust and transparency
Upselling additional services and repairs based on technician recommendations
Managing appointment scheduling accurately and efficiently
Conducting pre-appointment calls to confirm bookings and answer customer queries
Maintaining detailed customer records within the dealership systems
Developing product knowledge through manufacturer-led training
Delivering exceptional customer service experiences that foster loyalty and repeat businessRequirements for the Service Advisor role:
Proven experience in a Service Advisor or similar position within the automotive industry
Strong communication skills, confident in engaging with customers and colleagues
Excellent customer service ethic and professional approach
Ability to identify customer needs and upselling opportunities
Effective time management skills and ability to work efficiently under pressure
Previous experience working in a target-driven environment
