Service Advisor – Worthing £30,000 - £42,000 per annum (including bonus) 1 in 3 Saturdays An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Service Advisor to join a busy and successful dealership in Worthing. We are looking for a customer-focused individual who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys delivering outstanding service. If you have previous automotive Service Advisor experience and are looking to join a supportive team with excellent earning potential, we'd love to hear from you. Key Responsibilities * Welcoming customers and managing their service requirements. * Booking vehicles in for servicing, maintenance and repairs. * Keeping customers updated throughout the repair process. * Liaising with the workshop to ensure work is completed efficiently. * Preparing estimates, invoices and processing payments. * Delivering exceptional customer service at every stage of the customer journey. The Ideal Candidate * Previous experience as a Service Advisor within the motor trade. * Excellent communication and customer service skills. * Strong organisational skills with the ability to prioritise a busy workload. * A positive, professional attitude and a team-player mentality. * Full UK driving licence preferred.
