Service Centre Operations Agent & Frontline Admin

GR Employment is seeking an Operations Agent on behalf of a client site in Inverness. This temporary-to-permanent role places you as the first point of contact for customer queries, delivering exceptional service to internal and external stakeholders.

You will welcome visitors as the Service Centre Receptionist, provide administrative support using Microsoft Office, and assist the wider operations team to maintain smooth site operations.
