Location: Winchester, with travel around the local area
Salary: £25,541 to £27,200 per annum
Fixed Term Contract until 27th March 2027
Hours: 35 per week
Additional Requirement: Full UK Manual Driving Licence and access to a vehicle
We're looking for a dynamic individual who can ensure effective and efficient day to day logistic operations within our service. Someone who can prioritise tasks when managing multiple service user requests. As Service Controller, can you ensure the smooth and efficient daily logistics operations within our service? A day in the life or a Service Controller will include;
- Taking incoming calls from hospitals, identifying and risk assessing referrals.
- Co-ordinating the crew to respond to the necessary elements of the service as required by service users (including transport, resettlement and sitting services).
- Managing time efficient routes on a daily basis, making effective use of resources in order to meet service user requirements.
