Service Coordinator

You'll be the key point of contact for a portfolio of customers, coordinating service and remedial works, supporting engineers, preparing quotations, and building strong customer relationships. The Role As a Service Coordinator, you'll play a vital role in ensuring customers receive an outstanding experience from initial enquiry through to the completion of service works. Your responsibilities will include: Managing your own portfolio of customers and acting as their main point of contact. Building strong customer relationships through excellent service and proactive communication. Scheduling service visits and remedial works, ensuring engineers have all the information they need to complete jobs efficiently. Producing accurate quotations for service contracts, renewals, contract uplifts and additional works. Identifying opportunities to promote additional products and services where appropriate.
