Service CoordinatorLeighton Buzzard | Office BasedMonday – Friday, 9:00am – 5:30pm£28,000 - £32,500 depending on experience Are you an organised and proactive administrator who enjoys coordinating people, managing schedules and keeping customers updated? We’re recruiting a Service Coordinator to join a friendly, close-knit team within a successful specialist service business based in Leighton Buzzard. This is a varied role where you’ll be at the heart of the day-to-day operation, coordinating planned and reactive jobs for field-based engineers, maintaining accurate contract information and providing excellent service to customers. What you'll be doing

• Coordinating and booking planned maintenance and reactive service visits
• Managing diaries and calendars for a team of Field Service Engineers
• Liaising with customers by telephone and email regarding jobs and service visits
• Processing and checking customer purchase orders
• Maintaining accurate maintenance contract and scheduling information
• Collating and checking engineers' job reports
• Identifying jobs where follow-up repair quotations are required
• Updating site and risk assessment information

About you You'll ideally have previous experience within an administration, service coordination, scheduling or customer service position. Pre...
