Ready to join us?This is a permanent, full-time daytime role, working Monday to Friday, with flexibility required during peak periods. The role offers an annual salary up to £27,500.00 , depending on skills and experience and follows a hybrid working model.Tasks and responsibilities:Working closely with the Service Delivery Supervisor the role holder will be responsible for:Own service delivery and ensure SLAs are metSupport client needs and provide solutionsMonitor deliveries and analyse data for improvementsCommunicate performance updates to clientsLiaise with carriers and coordinate ad hoc collectionsHandle queries, support invoicing, and manage claimsContribute to ad hoc projects as neededProfile:Proactive, logical, analytical mindsetAble to work independently with strong ownershipGood IT skills, including ExcelComfortable with JDA and Salesforce (training can be provided)Adaptable to new technologyLogistics or transport experience highly preferredStrong attention to detail and organisationWhat do we offer ?Our Backstage Crew is at the heart of everything we do, driving success for our clients, our brands and each other.
