Job Overview: As Service Desk Administrator you will provide day-to-day support to the Account Managers and wider team across Network Catering accounts. The role will help ensure desks and accounts are well supported, administrative processes are completed accurately and promptly, and customer service standards are consistently maintained.
Key Responsibilities:
* Support with the administration of Network Catering accounts across the office.
* Provide desk cover and support as required, including actioning reviews, quotes and invoicing reviews in line with requirements.
* Work proactively to reduce batching and ensure tasks are actioned promptly.
* Provide additional operational support to colleagues and desks where required.
* Maintain a consistent customer focussed approach with daily activities and interactions.
* Escalate customer complaints and issues to management where appropriate.
* Provide daily updates to Account Manager to ensure visibility of workload, issues and outstanding actions.
* Support Portal Administration when requested, ensuring information is accurate and kept up to date.
* Complete daily van checks and maintain the relevant spreadsheet accurately.
* Process fines appropriately by ensuring they are checked, sent to the relevant individual and followed up where necessary.
* Communicate any fines which require payment, being disputed or requiring further action to line manager.
* Work collaboratively with Team Leaders, Account Manager and colleagues to maintain effective day-to-day operations.
* Take ownership of assigned tasks and follow them through to completion.
* Respond positively to changing priorities and provide support where required.

Details:
* Monday – Friday, 8:00 – 17:00 (1x 30-minute break and 2x 15-minute breaks)
