Service Improvement & Workforce Lead

Jobtailor is seeking an experienced senior leader to head the Service Improvement Team within Scotland's health and social care sector. You will develop and deliver recruitment and retention strategies, oversee workforce development, and ensure capacity aligns with service demand.

You will drive workforce intelligence, training compliance, and risk-aware decision making, contributing to Fife HSCP's Strategic Plan 2026–2029 through multi-agency collaboration.
