As a

Service Leader , you'll work closely with the Regional Manager to lead a supported living service in

Skelmersdale , supporting adults with learning disabilities, autism, physical disabilities and behaviours that may challenge. You'll be responsible for leading a dedicated team, ensuring the highest standards of care are delivered while creating a positive and supportive environment for both the people you support and your colleagues. This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced Team Leader, Deputy Manager or Service Leader ready to develop their career with one of the UK's leading social care charities. Key Responsibilities

Lead, motivate and develop a team of Support Workers. Manage rotas, supervision, performance and staff development. Deliver high-quality, person-centred support. Ensure compliance with CQC regulations, safeguarding and health & safety requirements. Manage service budgets, audits and day-to-day operations. Build positive relationships with families, professionals and external agencies. Support recruitment, induction and ongoing training of new staff. Promote independence, choice and inclusion for the people you support. About the Service

You'll be leading a supported living service supporting adults with: Learning Disabilities Autism Physical Disabilities Behaviours that may challenge Every day is different, and you'll play a vital role in helping people live happy, independent and fulfilling lives within their own homes and local community. What We're Looking For

We're looking for someone who leads with compassion, confidence and integrity. You'll ideally have: Previous leadership experience within Health & Social Care. Experience managing or supervising staff. Strong knowledge of person-centred support. Understanding of safeguarding and CQC standards. Experience developing support plans and managing complex needs. Good organisational and IT skills. A positive, proactive and approachable leadership style. NVQ Level 3 in Health & Social Care (or above) is desirable. Full UK Driving Licence preferred.
