Service Manager

Service Manager  £57,000 - £60,000  Company Vehicle Provided  We’re looking for an experienced Service Manager to lead service and parts operations across our Southwest Region.  We’re looking for someone with Service Management / Engineering Management experience, ideally within construction plant, heavy equipment, agricultural or materials handling. The role as the Service manager:  Manage and support a team of Field Service Engineers & Parts Counter Assistants Oversee day-to-day depot and Product Support operations Ensure high standards of H&S, quality and customer service Manage engineer resources alongside the Service Controller Drive aftersales sales, revenue and profitability Monitor WIP, invoicing and customer debt Build and maintain strong customer relationships Identify new parts, service and business opportunities Promote service agreements, genuine parts and additional aftersales products Support the Sales, Service & Parts teams with technical and commercial expertiseThe Service Manager benefits:  Company Pension Private Medical Insurance Critical Illness Cover Death in Service Employee Assistance Programme Benefits Hub Cycle to Work SchemeIf you're a strong leader with good technical knowledge and a commercial mindset, this could be an excellent next step for you.
