Are you an experienced Service Manager with a strong track record of leading teams and improving operational performance? We’re recruiting for a Service Manager to join a leading organisation in Wiltshire, taking responsibility for service delivery, KPI performance and continuous improvement. This is an excellent opportunity to take ownership of a busy service operation, using performance data to drive decisions, improve delivery and develop a high-performing team. The Role As the Service Manager, you will: Lead day-to-day service delivery and operational performance. Manage and analyse KPIs to identify trends and drive improvements. Lead and motivate teams to achieve service and performance targets. Identify opportunities to improve efficiency and service quality. Build strong relationships with clients and key stakeholders. Drive continuous improvement across the service. About You To be successful as the Service Manager, you'll have: Previous experience in service, operations or contract management. Strong experience managing KPIs and using data to inform decisions. Proven leadership and people management skills. Excellent client and stakeholder management abilities. Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills. Experience within FM, telecoms, social housing or a similar service-led environment.
