Service Manager Blu Dog have been engaged to recruit for a growing engineering group who are seeking a proactive and experienced Service Manager . Ideally you will have experience supporting field based engineers but please apply if you think your experience is similar as other sectors will be considered. This is a management predominantly office based position but a technical competency in vehicle based industrial engineering would be beneficial, Forklifts, Access Platforms, HGV's, Plant etc. As a Service Manager, you will: Organised and experienced managing remote engineering teams Ability to manage office based coordinators covering parts and service Ensure all KPI's are met for efficiency and performance metrics Provide timely reports for senior management Workforce planning for engineer and fleet coverage What Were Looking For Proven experience in a similar service manager positoin Strong communication skills Ability to work independently and meet deadlines A keen eye for detail and problem-solving mindset Good people manager Why Join Us?
