SERVICE SUPERVISOR Location: Reading / South East Salary: £45,000 – £50,000 + Company Vehicle + Bonus + Benefits About the Role An excellent opportunity for an experienced Service Supervisor, Lead Engineer or Senior Service Engineer to join a leading HVAC manufacturer. You'll support and supervise a team of field-based Service Engineers and subcontractors across the South East, helping ensure jobs are properly resourced, engineers are supported and customers receive a consistently high level of service. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys the technical and people side of service and is looking to take on more responsibility within a growing organisation. Key Responsibilities * Supervise and support a team of field-based Service Engineers * Coordinate workloads, resources and day-to-day service activity * Provide technical support and guidance to engineers * Help manage subcontractors and ensure work is completed to the required standard * Monitor engineer performance, utilisation and service levels * Support customer queries and help resolve technical or service issues * Work closely with the wider service team to maintain high standards About You * HVAC, Air Conditioning or Building Services engineering background * Experience as a Supervisor, Lead Engineer, Senior Engineer or similar * Strong technical knowledge with the ability to support field engineers * Good communication and customer-facing skills * Organised and comfortable coordinating multiple engineers and jobs * Full UK Driving Licence What's on Offer * £45,000 – £50,000 basic salary * Company vehicle * Performance-related bonus * Pension * Ongoing technical and management development * Opportunity to progress within an established international HVAC manufacturer
