Service Team Leader

We are recruiting on behalf of our client for an experienced Service Team Leader at their prestigious dealership near Heathrow. Duties of the Service Team Leader:

• Lead and motivate the Service Advisor team to deliver outstanding customer service and achieve operational success
• Model professionalism, customer care, and operational excellence
• Support the effective operation of the service department by managing workloads and processes
• Assist the Workshop Controller and Service Manager in their absence
• Coach, guide, and develop team members to maximise performance and job satisfaction
• Handle customer queries professionally, resolve escalated concerns, and maintain high levels of customer satisfaction
