This role is focused on transforming the ServiceNow platform into a trusted enterprise service management capability by establishing a robust data architecture, strengthening CMDB and CSDM maturity, and enabling future platform capabilities including AI, automation, Identity and Access Management, IT Asset Management and Enterprise Service Management.
Experience Required Essential: Significant experience delivering enterprise-scale ServiceNow architecture Proven CMDB transformation and implementation experience Proven CSDM transformation and implementation experience Experience designing ServiceNow xwzovoh data architecture Experience leading consultations on ServiceNow platforms Public sector or highly regulated industry experience Excellent stakeholder management skills Experience developing governance frameworks ServiceNow Certified Technical Architect
